Walks of the Association’s common area are conducted as mutually agreed upon. Mauzy representatives will inspect the condition of landscape and common area facilities. We strongly encourage the landscape representative and any committee or board member to attend these walks. Findings from these inspections are then presented to the Board of Directors.

Association bank accounts are reconciled monthly. Reconciled reports and copies of bank statements are sent to all Board Members in the Board Packet at every meeting. Invoices are processed on a daily basis. Vendor payments are issued two (2) times per month to ensure all vendors are paid on a timely basis.

Board meeting packets are prepared and sent to the Board of Directors five days prior to all scheduled meetings.

Board packets include:

• Meeting agenda
• Minutes from prior meeting
• Financials (including bank statements)
• Delinquency reports (with status)
• Correspondence received

Mauzy Management, Inc. utilizes Lock Box Services with Union Bank, N.A. to process assessment payments. Owners are provided coupon booklets with mailing envelopes to mail their payments to the Lockbox or they may sign up for ACH withdrawals from their bank accounts on a monthly basis, or pay Online.

Owners will be re-directed to PayLease’s website, where they can create online accounts and pay via credit card or directly from a bank account.
