Escrow Demands

Association document packages for each association may be requested by submitting a demand request either by email or fax.

Each package contains the following association documentation:

› Articles of Incorporation › Budget
› Bylaws › CC&Rs › Financial Review
› Minutes › Reserve Study

There are no upfront fees for the Association’s documents – payment is required at close of escrow. We have 10 business days to respond to any escrow demand, however, most demands are completed within 72 hours.

“Rush” fees will apply to any requested Rush of documents.

or can be emailed to escrow@mauzymanagement.com.

Certifications/Questionnaires

Lender Questionnaires/Certifications can be emailed or faxed to our office for completion.
There is an upfront charge of $75.00 which includes:

• Completion of the questionnaire
• Current budget
• Insurance information page

Payments must be made by Company check, cashier’s check or money order; no personal checks or credit cards are accepted.
